you guys took my money for buying plan, ever since that step nothing works
It says next step is to activate my SIM card with Android app. But I cannot log in.
i cannot log in to your app/website from 2 different phones or my laptop (so its not a cookie issue)
It gives me "Oops" and "Gone, but not forever" error messages
Therefore I cannot activate the SIM card and I'M still getting no service or data (EVEN THOUGH I PAID)

Thank you for the help guys.
I messages the support agent because I don’t get the above error messages anymore but inside the android app it still just throws me back to login screen at the end of login process
so I had a layer of 2 problems and only 1 is solved

@dwh1 My Account was down last night
They usually have maintenance work at night. So, what you experienced last night was just due to maintenance

@Arezou FYI - My Account is back up and working - at least for me - now.

There's clearly a current problem with the account management system - it fails for me after login as well. It was fine last evening, though, so I'd assume that something "new" has happened and they will be working on it. Nothing we can do but wait for them to fix it - but that doesn't stop you from taking the steps that Handy1 mentioned.

@Arezou If you have been charged in your credit card try the SIM card in phone and reboot the device … it’s possible it’s a SIM card re provisioning. Issue and support can fix easily
