after a day of no sms not being able to text send or receive, and 24hrs no response from an agent
my next step is to switch providers, hoiwever I just renewed for 3 months, will PM refund me?

yes been on just over a month, recently switched to the 90 day subscription, (text stopped working first day, Friday) Ive tried everything, clear cache, reset network, removed sim, and tried in a different phone,
have two tickets in now for past 24 hrs for an agent, no reply.

@Confuzed So you just renewed and therefore I assume you've been on PM for a while and suddenly texting just stopped working? Does everything else work, voice calls (in and out?), data? Iphone or Android?

It's prepaid, so technically they don't have to but if you just signed up they may. If you've already contacted customer service all you can do now is wait, since that's who you need to ask.
