after a day of no sms not being able to text send or receive, and 24hrs no response from an agentmy next step is to switch providers, hoiwever I just renewed for 3 months, will PM refund me?
I can receive calls but cant send / receive a textbeen a customer for month now all was good,  just changed to 3 month subscription, now text sms does not work
