text messaging not working

I can receive calls but cant send / receive a text

been a customer for month now all was good,  just changed to 3 month subscription, now text sms does not work

I ve messaged them yesterday  but no reply, are they available by ph number?

Did you try the SIM card in another working phone?  if you did, did the service work in another phone?

If the service also does not work in another phone, then it is a PM service issues. 

I would suggest that you submit a ticket for customer service agent help via the chat bot.

Which phone do you have? Android versus Apple?

It should be in your phone options settings.

thank you ive rebooted the phone, removed re inserted sim card, no luck

How do i go about a network reset?

Maybe try a reboot of your phone.  If that does not work, network reset of phone (note- this will erase any saved wifi passwords).

You can also try your SIM card in another working phone.  This will help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.
