Hello, I have port my service from public mobile to telus, and I have paid $40+ tax for the month but only used 3 days.how can I get the prorate of 27 days refund ? Public mobile charged my card right away when I signed up.Thanks

Public Mobile is a prepaid carrier and does not issue prorated bills like a postpaid carrier.
You can contact support and ask and they may refund you but there's no guarantee.
To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
