Hello,
I paid for a PM Canada US $39/month subscription. I already had a PM physical sim (brand new never before activated) and chose physical sim option. Failed at last step of activation. Help pls!

post paid. I have an iPhone 13 and think I maybe put in my IMEI incorrectly. I had a physical sim but number I was transferring was from my esim, so think I should have put in IMEI2. Not sure how to correct this and retry activation as it just gets me into look of retrying without being able to change any of that info.

Did you do this through the Public Mobile APP? have you received and confirmed the text from koodo?
If so and still not working, use the chatbot bottom left of screen to submit a ticket.
