can't view my plan or upgrade it online

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my phone plan and only get an error message when I try to get plan details or change it.

Incognito is the default way to go usually, works for me when I have these glitches with community or self serve

I just tried it and was successful using Firefox.

Try to use different browser. I experience similar issue from time to time. Chrome/Edge (clean, no add-ons, customization, etc.) work for me.

Hi @Shannon6 this happens sometimes but likely can be resolved by using a different browser or using Incognito mode.  Try that

Try clearing your browser cache/history and go incognito. Use chrome or edge browser.
