My renewal is for today and my account says its ok online but when i call its says i need to make a payment but dont remember my pin to pay through *611. i can text and receive texts . I can not change pin because i need to call my own number which does not work. So i am looking for some help. I have already sent a ticket but have not received a reply. thanks

Are you able to access My account? If you are able to access, then you should be able to load up funds directly from your account. Is your account status active?
Your text may be working via Wifi (ie. iMessaging or RCS chat).
Ticketing is taking longer than normal for response. Usually 1-2 hours, but likely up to one day to respond.

Thanks I have tried to reset my pin but as i mentioned when you initiate a change you then have to call your own number to complete the process and i can not call anyone. I have reset my phone . When i so call it says your account has been suspended and to enter your pin. However, online my account says all is good and it will renew today. Thank
