I’ve posted two tickets neither have been answered. Let’s try here. I changed to Public and received an eSIM card. I am getting a new phone do I purchase another sim or is the eSIM transferable? 

if not, where do I purchase a Publie SIM card from?

Simple solution.  With your new phone, download the PM app.  Sign in to your account.  Then "purchase" a new eSIM.  You should not be charged again because you already have an ESIM in your old phone. 

Unfortunately, customer service agents are much busier than normal, so response times are 1-2 days.

@Verla  With your new phone just log into the app and rebuy esim the system should detect you have esim already and credit you the money back at check out if not support will reimburse you for it

esim not transferable but you can get a free replacement

just download the PM app on the new phone, go to Account page, click Purchase sim card and choose esim
