Can not access account for activation of e sim

Cannot access my account. In app only white screen when I try to log in. Please advise. I have not received an account #. My email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please advise

The website is finicky.  You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or try a different device. 

Deleting and reloading the app is a good idea also (mentioned earlier).

try deleting the app from your cell...then re-installing again. See if that helps.

@Heather-1  Can try to un install the app and re install it see if that helps if still no dice and you already paid ask support to help finish the activation for you 

also tap the down arrow by time stamp in your thread and edit out personal info this is public forum @Heather-1
