sorry for the late answer. I was lucky (?) after many....many... frustrating tries and renewed my autopay with a new MasterCard. ! Now I will NOT contact PM until I have accumulated enough rewards points to pay for a monthly fee. This is what is so frustrating about PM customer service....you take for ever to sign in...! I honestly stay with them (over 3 years now) only because the price is very low and I need a PHONE to carry on outings only for safety and staying connected. When needed, I have a computer at home.

Just wondering if you created a Eversafe ID before login to your account?
If not, click on Sign Up and create one so you can access your account.

When you say you can't log into your account, what part are you stuck at? Have you by chance tried changing the credit card via the phone app?

if it is a security code problem, click "Didn't receive code?" and there is a Send email option, choose that
And try using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login
If still cannot get into My Account, please submit ticket with CS agent:
