I Have tried umpteen times to log in my account to change my credit card expiry date which is due tomorrow the 27th of Nov. HELP

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).

if you still have no success updating payment method, click the orange ball on lower right side of page to get help from Customer Support.
If you have trouble logging in, use this link to message Customer Support...give them as much account info as you can ie: ph #, acct #, name on acct, PM pin #...etc...

Usually people can wait a day or even longer before you try again. But iyoit plan is expiring , so best to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
