I have a new account that I opened with the Amazon 50% off for three months. My account does not reflect that offer. I am being charged the full amount. I have an email confirmation of my order that includes the Amazon offer. How can I have my bill reflect the 50% discount?

read the fine print...I suspect that you need to use a promo code during the Activation process.
