Hi there,
I applied the plan online since early of July but haven’t received any SIM card yet.
now I don’t want to join PM plan anymore.
how do I request a refund and I didn’t activate my services plan yet due to no SIM a card received.
i don’t want to go to buy it from Telus shop or Amazon. I just want to cancel the plan and have it refund.

you can message support and ask for the refund, as well as ask where the sim card is 🙂
