After many attempts I seem to be able to login but only seem to get a sales page...I can't see my account payment history, phone plan or points

so, you tried https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca and does not work?
you tried using the Public Mobile app as well?
if you tried and didn't get to the My Account page, then something not connecting right, please open a ticket with PM support agent by messaging them here
