Credit card expired

Hello friends,

My credit card expired and I forgot to update the new one, and just received a text saying my plan did not renew.  I updated my new card immediately but my plan does not seem to be reactivated as I cannot make phone calls.  The account menu does not show a way for me to make a payment (other than updating the credit card).  How do I make a payment so the plan is reactivated?

@Redgrandam the Add Funds button is not showing up to some people, mainly new accounts.  Oracle team has raised the issue with PM and they are still checking.  For now, please bookmark the link

@hTideGnow Is this something that is available directly through self serve?  I had the same situation and after searching and searching I finally found this thread and the link worked perfectly, but I'm super confused that there doesn't seem to be a way to get to this page to make a manual payment directly from the payment tab (despite many help articles saying you can).  Just a missing feature that will be added back in some day?

But you don't need to reset PIN to use that add funds link.  The pin reset is only used to access *611 and make account update or payment using *611

Before I reset the PIN, I tried this, but I did not find a way to make a manual payment.  I only see "Update your credit card" section.  but thank you @hTideGnow

Thank you for the quick reply.

It asks for 4 digit account PIN, which I just can't remember.  Is there any other way?

Payment needs to be made manually.  The autopay system only tries once.  Can you try dialing 611 from your phone to make the payment?
