Downsize my plan

Right now I have a plan of 60G @$35 , I want to downsize to 6G @$23, it doesn't work  why

?

last spring, PM changed their philosophy on providing plan options to existing customers. Previously, we could change plans whenever we wish. PM offered newer plans with more data...but neglected to let anyone know if their plan to prevent downsizing of plans. Some have left PM for better service elsewhere.

But what is the cheapest plan you can change to ?

or you can ask support agent and explain the situation.  Maybe they can help.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

I can't use that much. And you guys should keep the existing customer happy is that right?  You don't want me to change another company, is that right? I think you can do something let me change.  Because that plan is for everyone.  Pls do it for me  , I will stay.  Thanks.

Try contacting Customer Service - and  who knows , depending on the agent they may oblige your request.

sorry, PM only gives selected plans to change for each account.  You can only change to the plan you see.  Although downgrade is actually possible, usually you cannot downgrade too much.

@hongliao  Sorry we can only engage to the plans that are available to us to change to in our accounts , public mobile has made it harder to downgrade plan price . But you should see $30 plan there to switch to as I have same plan as you and only have the $30 plan available to downgrade plan to, and did just that
