can’t access account

I can’t access my account. It locks me out repeatedly. I am trying to get into my account to see if I turned off automatic renewal. I have a phone number and a sim card number if someone can help me.

please wait an hour, then use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to reset password first. 

After you reset the password, do not login yet

wait another hour and then again use Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login with your new password

The website is finicky and has caching issues.  Sometimes if you try too many times, you will be locked out. You may want to try again in one hour. 

Instead use a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Maybe even a different device or use the PM app.
