I ported over my number from another provider, however when I log in it still goes to the old number I do not have access to. Is it possible to change Verification number to my current one and make sure the connection is fully severed?

Aren’t you porting your old number to PM but port a number that you don’t have accessing to? Confusing!

This means your old service providers SIM is still working. There is a number to call to have this fixed. Please look up in the top right corner mailbox for hte number.

hi @Dhjrfjfjrofk are you receiving any inbound calls? did you reply yes to a text from your old carrier to approve the port?
