I was on PM's CDA/USA plan then saw Freedom had a CDA/USA/MEX so switched over a week ago and had nothing but problems with service, then realized on their service map, we live in a dead-ish zone. So back to PM. I switched my phone over and after 30 or so minutes, my Freedom was dead. I put my new PM SIM in and turned my phone off/on and now it still won't work. Says I need to make a payment. On the APP, I log in and after the eversafe code is input and SUBMIT is hit, it simply takes me back to the Login page over and over. On my laptop, I go to PM website, input my email/password and hit SUBMIT and it takes me to a blank page saying Forbidden Access. Tried dialing #611 and it takes me to Koodo and says "What's your code?" no idea. I need an agent. How do I get an agent?

Thanks to all. Did the PM to Agent and my phone is now working which is fabulous but for whatever PROGRAMMING reason, my new was lost so that is not good but there's nothing I can do about it other than spend a few hours changing my phone number on all of my accounts. I did transfer my number yesterday when setting up but ? who knows what happened.

I did all of that already.... my phone says I need to make a payment before it will work. My problem is the PM APP on my phone keeps looping back to the login page and the PM website on my laptop says Forbidden Access. So, how to make a payment?

For a Freedom customer to port out, the customer does not need to be in a Freedom coverage area. The text message from Freedom would be received even if the customer is roaming.

Once you port out of PM, the PM SIM is a one time use. So you need to get a new SIM and port back to PM but you need to be in a Freedom coverage area to reply to the text from PM confirming with YES that you are porting back.
