I have a new debt card. My old one expired. I have tried to reset. but the program does not except the new numbers.
What do I do? my phone is now suspended.

hi @studouglas
there has been lots of payment card problem. We usually suggest people to wait an hour and try again. Then some suggest even wait 24 hours.
I think if it is not a rush , like renewal is not coming soon, wait even couple days and try using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser and try again
if you need the payment for renewal and can't wait that long, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load it using *611

@studouglas This has been an ongoing issues for a long time time.
Suggestions
Clear cache, log out and back, use ignito mode, try a different device. I have heard people say they try and try for days before being successful. Very problematic site.
If still does not work, if possible go to Shoppers, Petro, Shell, London drugs, walmart and 711 amount others you can purchase vouchers and see if you can add that way to resume account.
Then you can message agents at the link below to ask for additional details moving forward.
