I no longer have access to the email used to set up my daughter’s account and cannot update payment information so her service has been suspended. How do I start a ticket to fix it?

You can still login with your old email address and password. The 2FA code will be texted to your phone.
Once you are into your account, you can change your email address by going to Account tab>Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe) and change your email address.
If you are still having problems login then go to the Chat and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

@Jaclynrae You could buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load it to the account *611 to resume service right away . But here’s link for support
