i got multiple charges on 2 seperate occasions 55$x2 for last months 55$ plan and and 25$ for a plan this month that didn't work so i then purchased a 45$ plan ontop of the 25$ one i already bought , but yet no balance remaining

@Matman02 - what do you mean '25$ for a plan this month that didn't work'? Changing you plan will likely not make services work on your phone until you were in Suspended status then reactivated it.
So when you changed to the $45 plan before your next renewal, you forfeit any $'s already paid in your current $25 cycle...there is no prorating these amounts.
As for the 2 $55 amounts, how many accounts do you have with Public Mobile? And did you activate any new accounts and have an issues whiles activating?
If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, AND you did not change plans early within your current cycle, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA).
Note, we are not Public Mobile representatives, we are customer and members like you here...CSA are public mobile reps.

@Matman02 have you been using Change plan and clicked Changrle plan now?
Login to My Account using Incognito mode, , check Payment history page. do you see the two $55, $45 and $25 transactions?? can you post a screenshot of so??
