@Jfour1 you want to make a payment on a separate phone acocunt, so, not you accounT?
you need to use that other account email address to login and create EverSafe id and then link My Account to it
if you are unsure which email addres were use, try to use the Forgot email option
if that does not work, submit a ticket with CS agent

I have the same email but could not log onto community with old credentials. I was forced to create a new identity because the old one was taken. There was no provision to log on only to register.
I want to make a payment on a seperate phone account as the owners cards were hacked and everything has been locked pending a changeover at the bank.

@Jfour1 so, you are using a different email?
or same email to login but you got a different Community name?
What you meant by get billing on the phone? you need to pay?
quick way is the use *611 if you know the 4 digits pin
if you don't, you can buy vouchers and load voucher using *611 first and worry about My Account later

also if you have not downloaded the new PM app and created your ever safe ID ..
