my phone was stolen and reported. now to replace, i am asked for my account number to setup new phone and transfer telephoine number. where is this account information?

why change provider? you can ask PM to update sim card
but if you decide to change provider and port out number, you will still need PM to agree your verbal porting approval without the text approval. You won't be able to use Charbot to open ticket, so just message PM and ask

@JeffPedersen in the PM app go to the first landing page and select Manage Subscription, next screen will show your account number

@JeffPedersen Your account number is in your account . But are you trying to port out of PM ? Or just regain your old number and plan ? Which you need to port number anyways . But if you have new phone and sim you need to sim swap the number from profile page like this
