I have Public Mobile phone number for almost a year. I wanted to change the plan but no emails were linked to the phone number (which is weird for me). I have created the account but not sure how to link the phone number to the email.
I wasn't able to create a ticket as well

I did it. When I click Forgot email I got the message that no emails associate with the phone number

if you only have used PM service for a year, you would have for sure used an email to setup the account. Use the Forgot Username link on the login page, and PM will send you an email to the correct mailbox. Search all your mailbox for that email from Forgot Username

@Mihael if you go to your PM app on your device go to the Account tab and then go to Manage Eversafe ID, there you should be able to see which email address you have linked and you should be able to change it

@Mihael You have to have email associated with your PM account . If using the forgot email option didn’t work . You can get support to help figure out the email you used to create the account
