I have US/Canada plan. When opening phone - trying to call - network gets selected AT&T and I immediately getting busy signal when trying calling any number. Data is working but calls are not whether I am on wifi or not. What should be done? Using android phone. Also no one can reach me either by phone.

Having a phone that doesn't have VoLTE wouldn't cause a busy signal.  When threre's a busy signal when tryng to call, that means that is actually a voice network availiable.

hi @Viktor007

what phone do you have?  But your mobile data works?

please note due to the end of 3G in US , some phone might not receive and make calls in US.   Only phones VoLTE whitelist can recieve calls on the LTE network.  Check if your phone is on the list here:

if your phone not on the list, you need to use a workaround to make calls.   dDownload VoIP app TextNow and then use the app to make and receive calls
