@spaultimate When did you buy the voucher?
If over 24 hours and still does not work, open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing: cannot process payment
Then select "Payment Voucher"
then click "contact Us"
finally click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Without more info about your voucher purchase the best guess is it is not from a retailer that sells vouchers that are immediately valid. You can find out more about vouchers and the different retailers in this post.....

@spaultimate Where you got the voucher from?
Voucher from some stores could take up to 24 hours to become Active. If it has not been 24 hours yet, please wait
If it has been over 24 hours, you can try to load your voucher using *611 or Self-Serve My Account.

@spaultimate hi it sometimes takes up to 24 hours to activate , you can submit it at *611 or in your self serve,also you can contact a cs agent to help input it
