I made 2 different accounts because the first account I made wasn’t working. I made the second account to hopefully use that instead. Eventually we got the first account to work. But I am getting charged for the second account as it has my payment info on it. I want to delete that account and stop being charged. How do I do that? I’ve tried contacting customer service but they were no help. When we try to get into the second account there is no option to delete it.

The customer support agents are the only ones who can assist with this. Please contact them again.

@HelenF hi, technically, you can not delete an account. What you can do, however, is to sign into that account and click on Manage Subscription and turn it off. After 90 days of no payment or available funds, the account will be closed and the phone number lost.
To remove your cc information from file, you can ask an agent to do so.
