Hello, I am having difficulties transferring from Rogers. I was able to create an account but the eSIM was set up on the wrong phone

esim cannot be transferred from phone to phone,. You will need to download the app on the other phone , login the app and buy the esim from there again. But don't delete the esim installed on the other phone, you need that to get the 2FA code and the other verification code
1. keep the esim on the wrong phone
2. download the app on the right phone, try to login, get the code via sms on the wrong phone
3. go to Account and Purchase sim card and choose esim and follow the steps
You can do all these yourself without contacting support, this is faster doing it yourself. PM support likely cannot help to buy esim, all they will suggest is you to change back to physical sim

Just get a hold of a CS Agent, they can fix it. Just know, it's the weekend and it can take a few hours. Just keep an eye on your mailbox.
