I recently ported my number from Public Mobile to Chatr. My old Public Mobile service is no longer working, and my Chatr service shows SOS. I believe my number port is incomplete. I want back the public mobile number

Did you reply with YES to the text from PM confirming you are porting over to Chatr?
You will need to contact Chatr to have them look into the eSIM porting issue.
