I want to change my plan and the login always sucks on this site. It always says disabled. Can't it just work? I have no problems with passwords on any other site and if I have to self manage my account it would be great if it worked.

If the reset password function is not working, you will need to contact moderator to reset password. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of this web page. Type: self service. Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help. Expect a few hours response time usually. Can be much quicker and sometimes even slower.

yeah it's still disabled from yesterday so it did not reset in one hour.. If a mod could reset my password that would be great. I don't get why the reset is not enabled when the account is disabled. Wouldn't be an issue if you could call the call centre.

@ktlntoth what do you meant by your account is disabled when you logon? did it complain password error and not let you logon ? Did you have to open ticket with Mod when you see this to enable the account?

You are correct. This website can be finicky at times. Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Even sometimes a different device. Also, can try again in one hour.
