Hi,
My authorization SMS didn't go through in the 90 minute window. I contacted the the old carrier and got them to release the number but now I need to get in touch with the porting team to reinitialize the request since I first requested the transfer yesterday. Can't get into My Account because it tries to send an SMS to the phone number but SMS is still disabled because the transfer hasn't been completed. Can someone provide the porting team contact number?

Just first want to make sure that it is only a porting issue (not an account setup issue).
Do you have some service with PM SIM card? With porting issue, you should be able to sent texts and call out. Just unable to receive calls and texts. Data should be working.
