My wife is locked out of her account and cannot log in and cannot join the community to get password reset, everytime she tries it says locked try back in 1 hour! she has been trying for 3 days, how can she get this resolved ?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to try requesting password reset. Also using the same mode to use to login My account with the new password after
