Why can't I switch to the plan I want?

  • On the website, there a variety of plans available that do not require you to be a new subscriber. When I log into my account, only the more expensive ones are available. I do not need 20 gb or more of data, and would be fine with the $23 plan. I have tried everything for several months now- I never can access the less expensive plans to switch from my current more expensive one that is way more than I need. I messaged a modulator a few months ago because it does feel like the system is rigged. I received a number of generic answers assuring that isn't the case, but never fixing the problem. Can some one help?

I have the 25$ plan for 1 go data at 3G, will switch for the same price but 10 go if no other options, but I really want the 23$ plan for 6 go...

Also I don't seem to find contact customer support on my phone, is it just on pc? I just have access to the chatbot

what plan you have now ? and what plan you want to get?

also, you can try asking PM support, but so far, most got declined

Isn't there a way to still try to get them? This is not really a fair model and as someone that lost its job, I really need those lower price plans I see on my bf's account...

As mentioned, existing customers have their personalized plan offers.  Usually the plan offers are more expensive than your existing plan.  PM changed this pricing policy a few months ago.  PM is aware that this is not a popular pricing policy for existing customers, but nothing has been done.  Not sure whether this will change in the future.

that's how the plan options work these days. You have a difficult time downgrading plans...but easy to upgrade. The only plans available to you can be viewed by logging in to your account.
