I have the same Sim card in my phone, I also have the eSIM activated.
I’ve responded to the texts from Rogers and the transfer seems to have been done. But ever since I did this yesterday I can now no longer make any phone calls.

I found it took about 48 hrs for the port to complete and everything to work.
At first it was sending out texts and phone calls, and then it was receiving calls and texts. Eventually, everything started working as it should. Give it some time unless you're past the 48 hr mark

@HeatherNL if you have a PM eSIM, remove the Rogers sim and reboot. Then check if PM esim is enabled (and on iPhone, enable Turn on this Line and change the label to Primary)

Which company is the SIM card? eSIM? Need to have PM SIM or eSIM the active SIM. Remove or inactivate any Rogers SIM or eSIM.
Are you able to receive calls or texts? What about data?
Might want to reboot phone. Network reset of phone (note this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
