If it is a recent activation, it can take approximately 48 hrs for ALL FUNCTIONS to start working. Until then, you'll be able to either send or receive texts but not do both.Not sure why it takes so long, but that seems to be the timeframe.

If you want to keep that data bonus offer, DO NOT DOWNGRADE to a lower priced plan or else you will lose that bonus.You can UPGRADE to a more expensive plan if you want, but don't downgrade to anything less than your current $25 plan.
