do you know your friend who referred you, did he get the $5 per month?

So now YOU need to contact support to get those credits added. Your friend might too. Did your friend get the normal $10 for his part (before the promo credits)?

My friend's ticket got resolved, so I should get a $10 credit for referral. (Sept, Oct)

HI @gpk777 it will be on your My Account as Available Fund
But when did you refer your friend? If you just refer your friend this month, you won't see it until the first week of Nov
If you referred your friend in Aug or Sept, you should have seen the payment on the first week of the month after

@gpk777 Hi if you’re just signed up on the most recent promo you will see your first five dollars in the first week of November
