so, it has been couple months, you sure your friend still using PM? and she ever got the $10 credit when she joined? I think you need PM to check. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@TWZ You should really edit your post to remove personal details. This is a public forum and we are customers like you. You will need to contact customer service at the link below. Your friend may have to as well to ensure the code was correctly applied when she joined.
