A friend has just changed plans to $23 / month; international calling etc.
He claims that he has lost voicemail and caller ID features, but PM's website says these are included in all plans.
Is he just missing something, or do some plans not include these, now?

@Terryscell As @DennyCrane said, all those features should remain with a change of plan. If he's still having problems he can always contact customer support at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

All Public Mobile plans include those features. You're good. Either he's having technical issues specific to him, or he's simply saying what he saw posted (or not) in a plan summary somewhere. It's definitely included.
