voice mail not responding

I have e-sim that was transferred from my old number. I cannot receive voicemail nor access voicemail. Play back of voicemail always says "you have no messages" but I know some people left messages

can you receive incoming call? problem like this can be because the port was not done

so, check to remove your old sim/esim.  Then enable PM sim and set it as Primary.  Reboot phone and Reset network settings. 

First test incoming calls, then test voicemail
