I referred a friend and he forgot to enter my code. Can this be corrected?

@RW62, yes but your friend will need to contact a support agent as they will have access to make account changes. After contacting them, your friend should see the $10 credit within 72hrs and you will earn 1 point for each month that they stay on.

yes, support can help. Ask him to open a ticket with Support agent. Support will apply it and he will get the $10 credit back and you will get the ongoing 1 point reward
