I have ordered my SIM Card for about 30 days, but still waiting. I am trying to ask for help, but only auto-replay by bot and no agent helped me. Anyone has this kind of issue before ?

Just buy one from Amazon for $5, or go to a local Telus or Koodo store to see if they have stock. Then get a refund from Public Mobile for the original order.
As others have said, Public Mobile is not very reliable about fulfilling sim card orders. I never recommend ordering from Public Mobile directly.

You certainly aren't the first. For some reason Public has problems mailing SIM cards.

Better to ask them to allow you to pick up the PM sim card from a Telus or Koodo start close to you , instead of asking them to re-send you another one
