What message did you get when your voucher was not accepted? It's easiest to add vouchers to your account balance via 611 but you can only try twice before having to wait out one full hour before trying again.
You can compare your vouchers to real examples contained in the voucher catalogue...

Are they in fact Public vouchers? Do they give instructions that say Public on them? Not Telus. Not Koodo.

Vouchers from some stores need to wait 24 hours before it came be used. have it been 24 hours yet?
if already 24 hours open ticket with PM support

Some voucher aren't activated for 24 hours, depending where you get them.
Try adding them by calling 611 from your mobile phone.
