I am trying to port a number from Nucleus to Public. I made the request to both carriers on Friday of last week & so far it is not working. Nucleus says the problem is with Public & Public says there is no problem.

@BC28 Did you first make sure the number can be ported ?

also did you leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ?
I can send you the porting team number private message they can re trigger the port request if needed

is Nucleus a landline or VoIP? it takes longer for porting from landline or VoIP carrier, 3 to 7 days
you can ask PM porting assistance team for help, for update. I can't post the number here but I will message you the number to your inbox in the community
