since my account is lock by more then 5 strikes of wrong password, i do not have any access to my account, but my service still active and my phone is working. Every thing start when a modérator ask me if is was ok to change my email to my account. i was asking to just reset my pasword. I did not know then changing my email to my account , i did not have any access , anymore!!

already did that for 3 days, wait and wait and wait before contacting a mediator and he change my email acount!

@Tonkajoe You may want to wait one full hour and try again incognito mode private mode or from another device see if you can log in . If not contact support again to help you re gain access

But have you try using browser with Incognito mode to login with the new email?
Since an agent has been working with your case, if the Incognito mode method doesn't work, please reply the CS_Agent"s message and ask them for further assistance
