Need help with my e sim

My e sim was installed and did not work- removed it and now I can't get back into my public mobile account because I can't get the code in my texts

hi @Suz78 

you need to check with support agent to see if they can send you another esim or you might have to change back to physical sim temporary  before moving back to esim.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Suz78 you shouldn't have remove the esim yet as esim is one time install only

As you currently unable to login My Account, you won't be able to obtain a new esim yourself, you will need PM support help to get another esim 

Also, due to the fact that you cannot login My Account, you can only use private message to engage support.  Please message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
