I noticed that I am now being charged a "PC PIN TRANS FEE" of $1 when purchasing my vouchers on top of tax at Petro-Canada. Do other retailers that sell PM vouchers doing this or is it just Petro-Canada? What other locations in Alberta sells PM vouchers? I'd like to contact them to see if they do also. Walmart no longer sells them so that's a no-go.

7-11 has never charged me any extra fees. Good to know about Petro Can, I had no idea - thanks.

This question is best asked of Canadian Tire customer service as it is unrelated to the services of Public Mobile.

hi @cprnicus this is just a fees collected by stores and not something PM has control. In fact some online sites charge more.
But you can also check if Shoppers Drug Mart has any voucher fees now

@cprnicus, you can try these locations to see if they are changing the fee:

Well that's not good!
I bought at shell months ago and there was no fee. Who knows if that's changes since.

I didn't see that charge when I went to Shoppers Drug Mart.
Just texted my buddy who works at Petro, he said there is a $1 transaction fee Petro Canada charges. He said it's been like that for 5 years he's been there.
