Hello,
I recently used an e-sim for my travel. I have disabled it and now I cannot send SMS. I have restarted my phone and I also took the sim out and put it back again.
What can I do next.

HI @MeetaG106
I suggest you to try your sim card in another phone first. If it is a device issue, support might not be able to help much from here. More like you need to go to an Apple Store and have an Apple support to check.
Again, test the sim card in another phone first

That did not work unfortunately.
Is there anyway to get in touch with PM technical support for this?

I have an iPhone.
Tried everything but nothing has worked so far.

APN settings have no effect on SMS service.

what phone you have ?? Android or iPhone??
Check the phone and make sure you delete the travel esim profile, check VPN screen and remove all VPN profiles there. Then reboot phone and click Reset All Networks
if still does not work and if you are on Android, download Google Message and set it as the default messaging app (if you are using Google Message already, uninstall, reboot and reinstall)
