Hi, 

I created an account for the first time but I go in loops on step 6 of activation. It says it wasn’t activated but my visa was charged.

how do I connect/activate  my eSIM

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
